Dragonhunter is a heavy burst damage power DPS that excels in short fights (such as fractals) and raid encounters with short damage windows. It has strong CC and good mobility, and provides Vulnerability. In addition, it brings very high defensive support for a DPS class, with a party wide block in. Shield of Courage. , a strong burst heal in.
Bladesworn trades its second weapon set for a Gunsaber that combines ranged explosions with melee slashes. Most importantly, it gains access to the unique Dragon Slash burst skills - incredibly powerful single strikes that take a long time to prepare. As the Bladesworn is immobile this preparation, it can be challenging to manage against
Hunter gear score is 207. I’d say hunter, Druid, paladin, or rogue. Hunter- ranged fighter, great heals/survivability with a pet. Easy spell rotations. Druid- can play everything (tank, heals, mele, ranged) all are in a great spot right now rankings wise. Paladin- very tanky and in your face damage with the ability to heal.
Necro is good for casual raids but bad for speed runs. However since the meta is based on speedrunning strats, it can be hard to find accepting groups. For anything else PvE, necro is one of the best classes. For PvP you of course don't need to level it, but it is a very solid PvP class. Not over or under powered.
1. harold_flood. • 8 yr. ago. The easiest one is Mesmer, you have stealth, blinks, invuln, reflects and some harder bosses you can just pop clones and kite. 1. yayuuu. • 8 yr. ago. I used to solo fractals, up to lvl ~35. I have tried it with few classes, like ele, necro, warrior and thief.
With the classes you will need to see. Most classes can be played in a pretty different way due to their 3 elite specialisations and builds. A scourge (necromancer) is a pretty decent pick for playing solo in my opinion, since they have lots of sustain with their barrier. That’s 2 suggestions for necromancer.
L7r6m2H. With the recent buffs to Shadow Form in PvE you can maintain it 100%, and there's like a handful of skills that can stop it. You could run almost anything, and farm a whole lot of stuff. Second best solo class might be monk or ele depending on the area.

For PvE both perform extremely well, albeit Guardian has a lower HP you have to deal with (either playing like a master, spending some atribute points there or both). In WvW solo the Guardian lacks the mobility of the Rev and your optimal builds will bounce between core burn Guardians, power meditrappers/stealth trappers and celestial

Posted May 19, 2022. I'd say Guardian is your best choice out of the non-Necromancer professions. Both Guardian and Necromancer are Arenanet's love children and thus the best. 13 hours ago, Arklite.4013 said: I'm also a big fan of Warrior. Very strong in solo play and will always have a niche in PvE with banners.
